You opened ChatGPT, pasted the prompt, got back something that sounded smooth and confident, and figured you were done. Then you read it again in the morning. And it's flat. It hedges every point. Why the free humanizer tools fail you

The first thing most people try is a free "humanize AI text" tool. You paste in the draft, it spits back a version with a few words swapped, a sentence or two split up, maybe an emoji or a contractions thrown in. It looks different for about ten seconds.
